Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00 (please let us know by telephone in case you’re running late)

750€ security deposit to be wired 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival ; the security deposit will be entirely refunded if no damage has been noted during the check-out procedure.
50% of the rent amount to be wired at reservation and the remaining 50% 8 weeks before scheduled arrival. Failure to pay on time will be confirmed by phone and in writing requesting payment to take place within 8 calendar days. Failure to do so within the 8 days will render the reservation void without reimbursement of any amount already paid.
In case of cancellation, no reimbursement will take place for any reason whatsoever except for the security deposit
If for any reason you wish to modify your reservation, please contact the owner to discuss the availabilities, Kindly note the owner is not in the obligation to accept
Free WIFI connection
Activation of the air conditioning in the bedrooms between 20h00 & 08h00 only upon request (paid-for-service when requested upon reservation).
The swimming pool is accessible from May 15 to October 15. The owners are responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Children under 12 are allowed in the pool area only under supervision of an adult. Diving is not allowed. Swimming is not allowed when the weather doesn’t permit it (storms, summer hails, tornados, ….).
It is strictly forbidden to swim in the pond or walk around the pond.
Child’s cot and chair available (paid-for-service to be requested upon reservation)
No animals allowed
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.
The owner won’t be deemed responsible for any accident, theft or incident of any nature which might occur on the premises
The number of guests should be informed upon reservation for obvious organisational reasons. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests maximum. Any additional guest is strictly forbidden
The use and enjoyment of the house, garden, pool and its facilities, should be done by following the tips, procedures, rules and good practices
Any breach of the abovementioned rules could lead to a complaint being filed with the local police office as well as an expulsion of the premises, in which case no reimbursement will take place (nor rent nor security deposit).
